Post-Corona Safety and Security Using ICT and New Communication With Customers
As a demonstration experiment for new communication using ICT, we are launching a new digital initiative using JTB’s online restaurant customer reception service system “Nice to MEAL you”.
In this experiment, by having the customer check the menu of participating stores on their smartphone, we can develop a new non-contact form of communication. Through this and the digitalization of store information, we can deliver personalized recommendations to customers, increase interest in the area, attract more customers and promote consumption.
